Concert Band is an instrumental group comprising the marching and concert band styles of performance. Band is a performing group where students study and perform standard band literature and contemporary band literature of quality. The fundamentals of good playing are stressed.
The concert band component includes after-school sectional rehearsals as well as performances at public and school presentations. Students are expected to participate in all of these activities.
