Game Is Still ON !!! October 18

GAME IS STILL ON TONIGHT!!!!  - Don't forget to Bring food for the Food Drive!!!!

Here's the Schedule of events from Mr. B:  


First, I hope the 8th graders had a memorable positive experience last evening. Sorry, I was not able to put the evening to closer as I had the reporter with me for the better part of an hour after everyone had left.
Anyway, this evening will run like this:

 Staging Rooms: Rm 105 -  8th graders
                                 Rm 102 – Colorguard
Music Room: Flip Folders and Entire Band
Uniforms and Hat boxes will be in the Hallway
5:20 p.m. Band  /Colorguard Seniors need to report to the music room for preparation of Senior/Parent pictures in the cafeteria
5:45 p.m.- Senior Band /Colorguard Members will report to the Cafeteria for their Senior/Parent pictures (Dee and I will be facilitating that endeavor)
Rob or Mike should be the “in charge” director for the band/colorguard
6:00-6:15 p.m. Band, Colorguard and Band Members report to their various rooms to prepare for the evening.
6:30 p.m. – Warm ups in the band room  (Everyone)
a)      Breathing 4/8  - Heather Hotham
b)      Circle of 4ths (pp level) Heather Hotham
c)       Concert C, F Bb & Eb Heather Hotham
d)      National Anthem  - Rob or Mike
The seniors will be down on the track with the parents  - formal introductions  (Time allotment 6:30 p.m.-6:45 p.m.)
Afterwards, we’ll come back up – everyone will then go outside for “Eyes With Pride”
7:00 p.m.  – Band will march down to the track
7:15 p.m.  – GAME TIME!
The usual with regards to warm ups before the half time show.
Half Time Show – AFTERWARDS 8th graders on the field, for a stirring rendition of ‘THE HEY SONG”?
3rd Quarter off  - ALL HANDS IN THE CONCESSION AREA
4th Quarter  - as usual – when pit crew brings back the command center, etc please put the hat boxes IN THE CAFETERIA , one on each side of the entrance door  to the stairs going to the 1st floor.
March back – usual procedure – EVERYONE DISMISSED J
Please make certain that we have FOM Pit or Chaperones returning the Hat Boxes to the storage room.
